    I wanna buy a printer here in Japan. I want to be able print labels on my printable CD's and so on. According to the staff at the shop, the printer would have no problems printing documents, however when it comes to photo's and printable CD's, that I would need the software that is bundled with the printer.

    I contacted Canon and asked them if other software would work, or if they could send me the English version of the software or not. No reply...

    Anybody know??

    Images can be printed from any software, the CD's probably as well. You may need to set up a template to do so....
