It's like this: I got 2 AVI's (CD1 & CD2) and i have 4 subtitles (Swe & Eng *.srt) and im going to convert all that together to a DVD
In what program(s) can i do that? PLEASE help me. *Sorry i'm a n00b*

I personally have no experience with subtitles, but the basics still apply. You need to convert the AVIs to DVD-compliant MPEG-2 files (this guide may assist - or any of the other AVI to DVD guides in the Guides Section - to your left), and then use an authoring software that will allow you to author with subtitles.
I would convert each AVI to Elementary Streams - that is, a stream for video (M2V file) and a stream for audio (should be AC3 or PCM WAV for maximum compatibility), and do this seperately for each AVI. You should be able to join the files up in your authoring software such that CD2 will play seamlessly after CD1.If in doubt, Google it. -
All you need to do is to get subtitle workshop and attach the subtitle files together so you have 2 movie and 2 subs
