Whenever I export to MPEG-2 from Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5 for DVD creation, the resulting file does not scale to full screen when I request it in Windows Media Player. After converting to VOB in TMPGEnc, the problem still persists. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Edit
After a bit of checking, I noticed that the problem could also be that Adobe Premiere Pro added a black border around my video. This is very undesirable! Please help me to remove this.

It sounds like your source file and project files are not at the same settings.
For instance, You have the project settings for DVD (720 x 480), but your source clip is say 352 x 240, then it won't fit the project unless you resize it. You can resize before importing, or use the resize filter in premiere to do it. -
Actually, my source file and my project settings have the exact same resolution (720X480) and the black border still persists. This is driving me insane.

I've found the solution to my problem, for those of you who've struggled with it as I have. The aspect ratio I originally used was 16:9. Change this to 4:3 to resolve the problem.
