VCD of jpeg files with an audio track?

Hello everyone. I want to make a VCD of jpeg files with an audio track (some musical background). Does anyone know how to do this or of any guides? What software do I need? Thank you...

I think this is called a slideshow. AFAIK Nero can probably do it, but given Nero's substandard (IMO) abilities in anything bar burning, there's probably a better program.
