    Hello,
I am a new member to this forum and I must say Hi to everyone.
I was referred to this website by the support center of Magix and I would be very grateful for your help.
I recently bought Magix Audio Cleaning Lab 10 and I am having problems with the Audio DVD feature: everytime I make an Audio DVD it would play fine on My Computer DVD ROM but would not work on any stand alone DVD Player even though Magix claimed it would "play on every DVD player".
I have tried different media: Maxell, Taiyo Yuden,TDK, Verbatim and Sony, I then tried the Media on Five different brands of stand alone player and it was to no avail. There were no replies nor help from the Magix Forum, and after going through steps with the Magix support and got no help from them either, they eventually give me the link to this site for help.
Hopefully I am in the right forum and would be thankful for your help.

What format is the audio? LPCM, MP2, or AC3?

They, as in a helpdesk thingy, gave u a link to this forum!

    Wow Baldrick will be impressed.

But what a bunch of lazy bastards that they cant be arsed to solve the problem themselves and rely on a non-affilated, privately run forum to solve their prolems!!!

Sorry i cant be of help....but if you give more details / specifics of the files you working with others may be able to help.

    good luck anyway

    Hello,
Thanks very much for replying, about the format: I am not too familiar with formats, I can tell you that the magix program is supposed to take the music files .wav .mp3 and .ogg and burn them onto a dvd and make them play as music files on a stand alone DVD player.
The files mentioned above are what I am using at frequency:44100 in Stereo and 16 bit resolution.

    I hope this helps

The player/'s do not play the disc at all, or does it play and you just don't hear any audio ? i'm assuming the players you tried it on all play dvdr media.

And im not familiar with "Magix" products but for anyone to make such a claim of their product as "play on every DVD player" is a bit of a stretch 8)

It prob. makes it an audio format that is compatible with any dvd player but not all dvd players will play dvdr media.

    Hello,
The players do not play the discs at all. They all came up with the same message "Disc error, Please eject Disc" or in different words but same meaning.
The program is supposed to make it into an audio format DVD to play on DVD Players.
I have a trial version of the Goland Audio DVD creator that basically serves the same purpose. I used the same types of media with the Goland and they worked on the players.

I could buy the Goland (which I may eventually have to do)but why bshould I have to buy when I already have the Magix that was supposed to do the job.

    Thank you.
