  1. sorry but i need some special help, fast accurate that kind of thing.
    I have dvd lab pro, have my menu , have my links to the videos i will include int he project, however i want to include a video on the menu, so that when i highlight one of the links, a preview of that link will be shown on the menu and the same for the second link. basically i want a video to preview both links upon highlighting each one. is this possible

    Yes - it is called a switched menu, in DVD Lab speak. There is a wizard to get you started, and a pretty good tutorial on the Mediachance website.

  4. thanks for all the help, now i made my switched menus, i didnt use the wizard... however and i dont know if its my dvd player, but there is like a second gap when switching to the other menu....

    Yes, there will be. You will see this on commercial disks as well, even when switching on still menus. There is no way to make it completely seemless.

    I made a kick ass VH1 Legends Pink floyd and Live 8: Pink Floyd DVD. not for sale....motion menu, switched menu with shine on you crazy diamond as the audio..

  7. Different players handle switched menus differently. Some have a noticable delay, others much less. The more complicated the menu, the longer it takes to display.

    no player supports continuous audio across the switch, as the DVD spec doesn't allow for it.
