  1. Hello,
Ok, i've burnt two dvd's with Ulead DVD Movie Factory v4 and I am attempting to make a DVD from some AVI files created from some home movies. I've inserted a wav file for background music on the menu. I have two different standalone DVD players, the menu volume is fine, but when I play any of the videos i have on there i have to turn the volume all the way up to barely hear the voices or anything.... I've tried using AVI2DVD among other things to convert from AVI to a playable DVD format and haven't been able to fix my problem.

    Please HELP ME!!!!!
    Thanks

Don't let authoring software convert your video.

Ulead authoring software is sometimes known to jack up the menu audio volume, I hate that. Simple workaround, drop the volume or levels from 50%.

  3. thanks for the info,
when you say don't let authoring software convert my video, how should I go about converting my AVI file to play in my standalone player? I tried burning straight AVI files onto my DVD disc and it does not play. Also, any idea where i could adjust the volume in Ulead?

    Thanks
