  1. For the lazy:

    Product Description:
D-Subtitler is a little software which let you extract subtitles of your DVD and put it in a .srt file (which is compatible with Mplayer, Video Lan and the majority of Divx Player). To use D-Subtitler, you have to rip your DVD in your hard drive (to remove CSS protection). You can rip it in VIDEO_TS folder or in a big .vob file. Open the result of the rip with D-Subtitler, choose the subtitle track to extract and click on the green button. Warning : With some DVD, when you work with D-Subtitle from a VIDEO_TS folder, the subtitles track is not completely extracted. To fix this problem, you must rip the DVD in a single vob file (OSex or YadeX).

    Product Requirements:

Mac OS X 10.3 or later

  2. I tried it the other day, and it worked just fine. The resulting srt file needs a little editing when it's done, no big deal though.
