Whenever I record something from my cable-TV provider, on the Panny DMR-E100, I get a lost frame, here and there. Audio keeps rolling, but the picture skips one or two frames. Is this something a TBC would rectify? If so, any TBCs with RGB input/output? I btw live in PAL-land.
Never seems to happen if I record something off my JVC HR-S6850 S-VHS.
