    hi
    i have divx encoded in MP42, microsoft high speed Mpeg4 MS4version2 codec....
    is there any divx dvd player to handle this codec please?

    Never heard of one that could handle it properly. Should be possible to convert to ISO MPEG4 without re-encoding like it is with MS MPEG4 V3, however I don't know of any tool capable of doing so.

    If it is just one file I would suggest re-encoding it rather than buying a player purely to play it.
