    I know Taiyo yuden are good, And I've liked the Maxels -Rs (made in Japan) but there have been Maxels showing up alot around here Made in Tawain???
    Is TDK or Fuji made in Japan and considered a very good media? I use mostly -R & -RW??

    The best media is the one recommended by the drive manufacturer. Taiyo Yuden just happens to be on most manufacturer's list.
