Every area has some, I know Dr. Pepper gets more difficut to find the further north you go sometimes. But this thread is not about Dr. Pepper.

Its about Mello Yellow, that drink that SO makes Mt. Dew its bitch, and how I've had it once (turned up at a grocery story at random) and never again aside form the fountian version at Steak and Shake.

So does anyone know a place that will let you order them online?

I've found specialty soda places but I guess Mello Yellow is to mundan for them or something.

edit: oh its MELLO not mellow, easier to find now.

THIS THREAD IS NOT ABOUT BROWNIES!

You make me wonder sometimes. :P

Can't help you with the Mello Yellow, Dr. Pepper is available in just about any store in my neck of the woods, and if you like birch beer check this site out:

    http://www.pasnacks.com/birchbeer.htm

The "Frozen Run" one at the bottom is probably the best birch beer anywhere. It's even hard to find in my area and I'm within a few hours of the manufacturer. They used to have it glass bottles until just recently, doesn't quite taste the same in plastic. Pretty expensive though at $1 a can, it's priced regularly in the store.

If you like Bar-B-Q chips I'd suggest you check out the middelswarth chip page. I still occasionally ship a few bags to friends that have moved out of the area.

    Hi,

Try regular store websites. If you remember a largish store you stopped in they may have a website and can ship it out.

Dr Pepper is as common as coke here in Michigan. Mello Yellow has made somewhat of a rebound lately.

I'll see if I can find any local websites that are selling pop (soda) on their websites.

Dr Pepper is real easy to get in Baltimore. Sometimes the Caffiene Free Diet version is not so easy to find, but I bet that's everywhere. Now Jolt cola is hard to get.

  7. Here are a few sites......

    www.dublindrpepper.com

    www.drpep.com

    www.beveragesdirect.com

    www.popsoda.com

    www.kutztownbottlingworks.com

    www.sodapopstop.com

    www.root-beer.info

I've ordered from Kutztown and Beverages Direct.

The service from both of them is great.

By the way, if you order glass bottles they are packaged
in molded styrofoam to prevent breakage.

I order the plastic bottles to save on shipping costs.

    @thecoalman.....

Birch beer from Kutztown is a lot cheaper, and they're
    located in Pennsylvania.

Yes that's considerably cheaper, almost the same for 24 glass bottles. Never had that brand, even that Frozen Run I have to look for. There's lot's of bottling places for birch beer around here as well. Just none that I'm aware of you can buy online.

    Edit: ROFL... pretty funny review.

    Spike says:
More freaky clear stuff. Hmmm. Well, going into the glass it looks like 7-Up. Bubbly, maybe a little foamier than the lemon-lime drink but the head doesn't last. The first smell that hit me was the dreaded wintergreen (which must be the artificial variety, judging from the label...none of those wimpy "natural flavors" for this stuff!). The drink is, of course, clear. That's not water in the bottle to the left. That's an unopened bottle of Frozen Run. When I saw this in the refrigerator at some Qwik-E-Mart in New York I didn't know what to make of it. I hadn't heard of it, it looks like water, and the label only reads "Black Bear Mountain Birch". I initially overlooked it, thinking it was some brand of water with a bull on the label. I took a chance, grabbed a few, and headed on my way. Unlike the yucky Snapple Tru, this stuff is pretty tasty. In fact, even though it is loaded with a flavor I abhor, it's good. There, I said it. It's like root-7-up. Heavily carbonated, not too sweet, the fake birch beer taste comes through the mild fake wintergreen. This is actually kind of refreshing. I'm stunned. This would be good on a hot day. And it's all fake. Ok, real water and corn syrup, but other than that...better living through chemistry I guess

You can buy Kutztown online. Click on their 'on-line store' button.

That's what I was doing but the shipping cost was terrible.

So, we are going to be selling it in our store! The distributor
    services our area.

Guess who's gonna be drinking most of it!!! :P

I meant within my area. There's quite few smaller bottling companies in the area. Even the local brewery makes it and what do you know you can purchase it online.... http://www.lionbrewery.com/store_full.html

It's down the bottom, there's afew other flavors there too.... that's good shit. mmmmmmmmmmmmm

  14. I really miss Jolt Cola in the glass bottle. It's not at all available in NE Florida, and the places that have it charge as much for the shipping as they do for the actual case of 24. I'm not sure why it's not more popular around here because it takes really good since they use real sugar instead of corn syrup, and the extra caffeine helps in the morning....

Here in West Michigan I have no problem finding Mello Yellow....I tend to find them in Walmarts and at the fountains at some restaurants. Im thinking that this particular soda only exists in certain states (moreso the Midwestern states) from what I can see. I believe Ohio carries Mello also.
