I dont know what to do after authoring my dvd. help please

I have just finished authoring my dvd in dvd lab pro. I demultiplexed the mpg into
mpv and mpa. But now i do not know how to make it so i can burn the finished movie into dvd format. Do i have to remultiplex it and convert? Im planning to use nero to burn the dvd but if there is a better program out there please tell me.
Also when i tried burning a dvd using nero it asked for video_ts and audio_ts. I do not have any of these files and i do not know how to get them (what i mean is how do i make my video and audio files into that) . The bottom line is that i would like to know what i do after authoring my dvd. the menus are done and just need to burn

P.S. is there anyway to preview what i have done in dvd lab pro?

when you author you should get a video_ts folder. read
