    Is there a good video editing program for the norwegian language? If so can you point me to a download site?

    Nero 6 Reloaded has a Norwegian language support, and has audio and some video editing capability. VCDGear has Norwegian language support. Windows Movie Maker 2.1 running on WinXP sp2 has Norwegian Language Support. Graffiti 4 is a titling program with Norwegian language support that can work directly inside a non-linear editor.
