I have created an AudioCD using Nero 6.3.1.15 and BenQ DW822A, BenQ CDR. My JVC mini-compo set couldn't read it. Is it due to media, brner or Nero ?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Not much to offer here I'm afraid but......
Unlikely it's NERO- does your pc play them OK?
Has your HiFi played CDRs before?
If so it's likely to be media or try a slower burn speed.
If not try different media. Most players don't like CDRWs but some will play them.
Soem players just don't like CDRs no matter what you do, but newer players are usually alright.
I used to have lots of problems with a car CD stack system that would only read certain discs and usually only if I burnt them at slow speeds.
The other thing you can try is CDs created directly for audio, better quality dye I think but nmot sure - anyway my old player used to play these better. -
probably media.
Have you tried different media ?
Have you tried a different burner ?
Have you tried different burning software ?
This could be www.video-self-help.comIf in doubt, Google it. -
Thanks koinhelgo, jimmalenko.
@ kionhelgo, PC plays fine. My hi-fi set play CDR with other media.
@ jimmalenko, I try on my Plextor CD burner but no luck.
It could be the BenQ CDR.
