Here's my basic specs
AMD Athlon(tm) XP 2200+
EP-8RDA+ Motherboard (Epox)
RADEON 9600 256 MB
Sound: On-board NVIDIA(R) nForce(TM) Audio
Memory 768 MB
Now, I'm not sure I'm getting the best outta my PC and I've not touched the BIOS. I'm wanting to set things right with my PC for gaming mostly. I've read, recently, that I should get a soundcard even if I am using headphones because the onboard sound is taking up CPU time.
Anyway, any advice on how to improve things (Without overclocking stuff) Please let me know, or where to look.
