Which one is best to connect my DVD player to the television? And what are the benefits of the best one?

For audio, I like optical first, coaxial second and analog last. However it depends on what inputs your monitor has available.
Optical is immune from electrical interference. Coaxial has better shielding than the typical analog RCA and is more immune to noise than it. It also has the capability of wider bandwidth/higher frequency and better isolation between the signals.
