    Ive created lots of dvds before using TMPGEnc DVD Author but for my next one i'd like to create a random play option and (correct me if i'm wrong) I don't think TMPGEnc allows this.
    What programs will let me do this?

    DVD Lab Pro will do it, probably scenarist. However not all players support random functions the same way, so you can't guarantee the results from player to player
