Does anyone know if the Apple community has a program like "ISO BUSTER" for the Windows PC's?

I do not think that ISO BUSTER works in OS X. I really do not want to use Virtual PC.
I have a .iso file that I need to uncompress to the original format. -
Disk Utility should be able to mount it.

I don't have a problem burning the .iso files. I want to extract the files that are contained in the .iso files.....

then use Disk Utility to mount the image and extract what you need from the mounted .iso.
Toast will also let you mount the .iso, once you have drag
and dropped it into the Copy window. Just select
"Mount Disc" from the Utilities menu..."Everyone has to learn, so that they can one day teach."

OK, I'm confused. Doesn't an .iso mount automagically when double clicked. Am I missing something here?

No you are correct. Disc Utility is what Automagically
unpacks and mounts it on a mac....
You can also do it via Toast as well...."Everyone has to learn, so that they can one day teach."

PS. following information might help as well (eventhough mainly for search engine purposes and people landing here, since this thread is long dead).
I created this text on subject:

IsoBuster - I guess you're entitled to your opinion, but in mine you really should have just left this thread alone. Posting a link to a web page that basically says "Run a VM or an emulation program to get IsoBuster to run under Linux and Mac" is of dubious help. We'd really prefer you leave old threads alone unless what you have to add is really critical and I do not think "just run a VM or Wine" meets that definition.

I don't know, I think it is good information, relevant to the OP. Basically a way to run IsoBuster on Mac. A native Mac app would be prefered, but if it doesn't exist or if IsoBuster can deal with a situation that a comparable Mac application can not, then this is the only solution. It's good information, nothing more, to do with as the reader likes, ignore or check out.
I only landed on this thread after investigating myself, so I figured I share my findings, but I'm more than willing to leave this thread alone now. I see no harm done, so I'm a tad surprised by your response.
