dvd shrink error

I keep getting this this error after i do encoding "dvd shrink encountered an error and cannot continue programming error-exception occurred" what does this mean I am getting the files off the HD.

If you are trying to rip the dvd, try using dvd decrypter or dvdfab decrypter. Then use dvd shrink for compressing once the files are on your hard drive.

well I got the files from my Topfield PVR

this what I did

topfield to pc
demux with project x08
cut with TMPGenc DVD Author
DVD shrink3.2

when I use dvd shrink now it give me memory message error when I am encoding at about 30-60%

so I uninstalled dvd shrink installed again and did the same thing

so I deleted the dvd shrink program then downloaded from a different place and now it works

this happenend to anyone before?

now im getting a memory error

"dvd shrink encountered an error and cannot continue.
failed to read file I:\dvdrip\VYS_01_2,VOB
invalid access to memory location"
