I'd love to make VCDs as good as some I see done by "CVD" here in Asia. Sometimes they're are just so nice quality-wise. I use TMPGEnc 2.01 with DV source material. I'm sure if I really understood all those manipulatable variables that TMPGEnc has I could do a better job.
Can anyone point me to a (beyond the basics) guide to good VCD making? Thanks - Rod
