    how do you change audio on vob files from mpeg 1 or 2 to dolby ac-3 or is there a program to change audio

    demux the the audio from the vob with tmpgenc, file->mpeg tools.
    convert the audio to ac3 with for example ffmpeggui.

    or

    get tmpgenc dvd author and the ac3 plugin. add the vob and choose to convert to ac3.
