    Hi

Client send us DLT tape. Tape was prepered for CSS (not encrypted - only marked) but client didn't knew that - authoring studio mistake. We send e-mail to our client: DVD should be css protected or not? They said no. There was no time to wait for another tape (newspaper insert).
Finaly my question: If someone know software that could copy DLT without CSS - help me, please (or maybe some tricks

    Regards
    Bartosz

it is an image file, just unload the file with your dlt tape software (novaback for example , or prassi even) or maestro or scenarist or dvd studio (Sony DVDA also can write DLT , but im not sure on reading them) .

you will have to reload it into authoring app and remove CSS check , also you have to RE-IMAGE file as sector size will be wrong

you could always just have them ftp a new image file -- should take overnight on most decent connections

since you dont have the elements ussually with the dlt , it is best to redo it as the chance for error is pretty good otherwise ..
