I ripped it using DVD Decrypter and its saved as a SUB file. Subtitle workshop cannot read it and dvd lab pro says its not supported. What can i do to fix this?
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays!

Subtitle workshop can only read text subs. DVD subtitles are images, convert to text with subrip. Read https://www.videohelp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=267416
