Avi2DVD to add subtitle, but timing are wrong when play

hi, I use Avi2DVD to convert my avi file with subtitle. Afterward I burn the ISO image with alcohol 120%. Then I try playing it on my DVD player but the subtitle are wrong. The timing is slower than the dialogue. But when I play the movie on the computer the subtitle is just fine. Please help me.
