I've taken 150 pictures into an edit program to create a 10 minute photo gallery. It looks fine on my monitor when I play it off the timeline.
However, when I make an MPEG2 of that video using TMPEG, I get problems. I bring the MPEG into Encore, burn it to disc, and the resulting video has a lot of vibration on horizontal lines. More than I would expect.
I made sure I was making an interlaced MPEG. I tried field A first, then field B. Didn't seem to matter.
Anyone know what I'm doing wrong? If it matters, my bitrate max is 8000, min 2000, and avg 4600. GOP 18. Variable 2 pass.
