Ok, I have this video, it's 119.875 FPS.

Is there a nice way to change the frame rate to something like 23.976, etc?

I know it can be done, I just can't figure it out by myself so I thought I would satisfy my curiosity and ask.

Hopefully someone can help me ^^.

    - Thanks.

Any specifics about the type of file? mpeg, divx etc?
    Check it with Gspot.

    Sure.

    Codec: DivX (5.0)
    File Type: AVI
    Size: 245MB
    Runtime: 23:10
    Bitrate: 1282 kb/s
    Resolution: 640x480

You probably don't need all these but I thought it would save time.

Tried it. It still makes the same file all my other tries made. The video is completely choppy and moving sooooo slow.

    :S.
