I have a Sony HC-65 Digital Camcorder and would like to know how to do an analog to digital pass-through. I'm trying to hook up my vcr to my sony and do an analog to digital pass-through with or without recording to the digital tape in the camcorder. Thanks.

Gerald,
Page 32 of the Computer Applications Guide for the camera shows the passthrough setup. Connect your VCR to the camera via the A/V input, set camera to A/V -> DV out.
If you don't have the guide, it is available at the Sony Website http://esupport.sony.com/perl/model-documents.pl?mdl=DCRHC65&LOC=3
