  1. Well I have some problems with some .dts files that I have..
    They all have the same sample birate ((32000Hz)) and it causing a problems when I'm truing to make a DVD out of it with DVD Lab Pro
    So could anybody tell me about a program that can make the sample rate ((48000Hz))...

    You will have to decompress/convert to pcm WAV first, Sample Rate Convert next--using Audacity or SSRC or similar, and then re-compress to your intended final format (DTS, AC3, MP2, etc).
