Is there a silver bullet that will allow you to take a set of already-muxed VOB files (complete with menus, chapter stops and subtitle streams) and replace one AC3 track with another?

I understand the long process of demuxing and remuxing and can do that myself quite easily. However, I'm looking for something that's easy to teach to a large group of people so each individual in the group can replace an AC3 file in their own copy of the VOBs without needing a high-end piece of software.

Is there any sort of a diff tool that can note the differences between version A and version B, and patch only the changed bytes?

Kinda like PPF, but for VIDEO_TS folders instead of ISOs?

  5. Well, maybe this guide is suitable:

To make it more simple you demultiplex the streams, author with new audio and correct the original ifo with ifoupdate.
