  1. After editing out parts of an MPEG2 using VirtualDubMod, can the edited video be saved as an MPEG2 without re-encoding it to AVI?

    The only option I see is save is "Save as AVI"?

    i suggest womble mpeg-vcr for this task.

    Are there any Freeware programs like mpeg-vcr?

  4. Cuttermaran. But it is with less options than vcr and require elementary video and audio streams. For simple cutting it is exellent though.
