    Warning: Nothing To Output
    BFrame Decoder Lag
    I'm getting this warning with all my avi. Any tips on how to fix the problem?

    This usually is shown only on the first frame. Is this a problem?

    The warning is there because you are decoding via VfW. It is due to limitations in VfW, to fix it decode via another interface like say directshow. No more decoder lag frame that way.

    Could also encode with packed bitstream enabled or not use bframes at all. The lag frame is only needed for bframes that aren't packed.
