I am archiving lots of photos to CD-R and DVD-R. What's the best error verification system to use for DATA discs (besides the built-in CRC)? Is there any that can correct DATA that may be missing/corrupted? I know MD5 just verifies, and won't correct the errors.
Would PAR/PAR2 be the best to use?
