When I try to convert a wav file I have to mp3, the mp3 comes out really slow. It sounds like its in slow motion. This happens no matter what program I use. I have no idea what to do. Any help at all would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

What sample rate(44.1,48,etc) and bit depth(8,16,24) is the WAV?
Right-click on the file and select Properties, some converters have a problem if the WAV isn't 44.1kHz/16bit.
Try www.cdwave.com or Goldwave to convert. -
Heres what my file says:
Bit Rate - 5644kbps
Audio sample size - 16 bit
Channels - 8 (how is this possible? my file is in stereo, isn't that just 2 channel?)
Audio sample rate - 44Khz
Audio format - PCM
I tried to burn my audio to a cd, and it said it was 91 minutes long, when its really only 24 minutes.
