I've always thought of doing it but never have. How about you??

    Nope. Never done so.

  3. I'll even call if they don't have the sign. Probably 75% of the time the people I talk to are grateful to know their drivers are driving unsafely since it reflects very badly upon their business....

  4. I'll call only if I saw something REALLY worth the call.

Nope, have never called. But, I've never had a reason to call. The only bad drivers I've seen on the road either have no signs on their vehicles ... or are cops. And, I'm a little leery of businesses that expect the public to do their supervising for them ... especially in a "road rage" world where people could call up and complain about a driver just because they're having a bad day ... or because the driver did something perfectly legal and proper, but offended the sensibilities of some yahoo who thinks THEY own the road.

I've found it easier to be more forgiving and less judgmental. If I was a "perfect" driver, I might feel differently ... but I'm not. The only time I'd call is if I saw someone driving noticably intoxicated (weaving, etc.). And even then, I wouldn't call the "How's my driving?" number, I'd call the cops.

A friend of mine was in a head-on with a telco workvan while on his way to holidays. Telco moron was on the wrong side of the road reading the street directory at the time. Thankfully, my mate saw him and the crash wasn't as bad as it might have been.

He called the number on the sticker a few days later, got forwarded and transfered for 20 minutes before getting an automated response system. His insurance company had more influence than a phone call ever could.
