    Considering how far away it is from release, I'd be surprised if it doesn't get changed.

    And I thought the old (current) controllers would work with it?

    that may be a Japanese spec controller
    the current controllers for PS2 are smaller in Japan than in the US
    frankly, i think the PS2 controllers could stand to be a bit larger.....
    then again, some of us come in adult sizes
