How can i disable if a want the video to be played from codecs that i've already installed?
As for the audio decoder, how can it be enabled every time a video file is playing?
Also can i set an audio delay?

Yes but is there a way to disable it at once, and not one codec at a time?

Well you could unregister it or set it to a lower merit so that it won't get used unless it is the only decoder available.
