  1. How can i disable if a want the video to be played from codecs that i've already installed?

As for the audio decoder, how can it be enabled every time a video file is playing?

Also can i set an audio delay?

Disable video codecs under Codecs in the ffsdhow configuration.
You can add an audio delay under the ffdshow audo configuration.
You should have links to the config in the start menu under ffdshow. If not try reinstall a new version off fffdshow.

  3. Yes but is there a way to disable it at once, and not one codec at a time?

Well you could unregister it or set it to a lower merit so that it won't get used unless it is the only decoder available.
