I purchased a bunch of songs on walmart.com and I cannot seem to copy my files to my cd. Can someone help me out here? I have tried useing Nero and it say's " files could not be added because the file formats are not supported". When I try using cd extractor the message "error reading.wma". I have tried windows mediaplayer and it tries to copy the files but then doesn't recognise the blank cds I put in there. I have tried tdk and verbatim. Both brands have always worked for me. I've been trying to figure this out all day and night. I'm really at my wits end here. Any Ideas?

Please help I need to resolve this very quickly.

I am not familiar with that term. I thought once the music is purchased one could have have a back up copy. If it is drm protected, am I out of luck? I spent a lot buying these songs.

DRM has nothing to do with copying to cd. It will copy but not play due to drm restrictions.

If you're burning the CD as an AUDIO CD in Nero, then it wont work. Nero does not recognise WMA files. You need to convert them to MP3 first, then Burn as an AUDIO CD

  6. I use this service, and you need Microsoft Windows Media Player and an internet hookup in order to burn CDs. The internet hookup is what Media Player uses to establish the DRM.

More details and download/burning instructions can be found at Walmart's FAQ http://musicdownloads.walmart.com/catalog/servlet/HelpTopicServlet?topicIndex=1
