    Hi, I have this music video that is in WMA format. The video is very blurrer and the audio kinda unclear. And i want to change the format to AVI or MPEG, but clear and the audio too. I don't know what the name to change the video. Sorry, i know this probably been asking a ton of time. I would search for it, but i don't what i am actually suppose to do. thanks.

    Garbage in Garbage out. You can't do much if the video is very blur. Convert the wmv/wma to avi with https://www.videohelp.com/tools?toolsearch=&s=&orderby=Name&hits=50&convert=WMV+to+AVI&...+or+List+tools .

    And to add, converting it will make it worse. Unless you have a reason too such as converting it to MPEG2 for authoring to DVD leave it be.
