    Use ProjectX, File->Add the file and QuickStart or Prepare to demux to separate files or to new file.

    Or PVAStrumento.

    Or VideoRedo, under tools->Quickstream Fix or see this topic

    and fix/repair the DVB/MPG/TS stream before converting to some other format like DVD, AVI, DivX, XviD, WMV.
