AGGGHH! Adobe Encore - Title Remote Not Set!

AGGGHHHHH!!! This is driving me crazy. What does 'Title Remote Not Set' mean?? When I check the project I get this error. I had this problem once before, and I figured it out, but I must have had a brain bleed since then because I cannot for the life of me figure out what this means. Nothing in the help file! AGGHH!! Someone help!!
