How do I burn a PDX (game file) ISO.RAR to cd?

I have a PSP-NONEEDPDX.ISO file that is in RAR format - How do I burn it to cd, so that my Sony PSP player will play it ?

Though to answer the question, how did you manage to get the ISO into RAR format?

I KNOW this is not a game site. . I've been here a long time now.. lol.. ok.. look, a friend sent me this file via YouSendIt.. I have never worked with this type of file before; so I thought I might ask how to burn it properly before I wasted a cd. Simple as that.

Never heard of the game.

RAR is a compressed file. You need WinRAR to extract the ISO, and then burn the ISO using Nero.

Cool,, thanks.. was wondering what would be best to do since the file was rarred...it's the NBA Basketball game for the Sony PSP Player. I unrarred it, it contained a folder that said PSP GAME, and a UDM_DATA.Bin file; sooo Do I burn BOTH of these files OR just the PSP Game folder ?
