Hi, guys,
Iīve got me a new machine:
motherboard A8N-SLI
AMD Athlon 64 3500+
nvidia Geforce 6600 GT
1 GB Ram DDR2
Now I need a good tv capture card.
Something not very pricey but really good that is easy to install, just plug the VCR cable on it and voilá.
(Assume that Iīm remarkably stupid when it comes to computers)
What would you suggest?

"They say that if you play the Windows CD backward you can hear satanic speech; well, thatīs nothing.
When you play it forward, it installs windows." -

Works great, should be less than $75 at local stores, maybe less than $50 online. Nice and simple.
Your rig is similar to mine btw (ignore my profile), so consider that this product has been tested and works.

Hey, thanks a lot, QuaiBoy, thatīs exactly what I was looking for.
Edit: Dóh!
I just realised itīs for NTSC.
I need Pal....."They say that if you play the Windows CD backward you can hear satanic speech; well, thatīs nothing.

QUESTION: how did you realise its for ntsc? Will this card recognize only ntsc signal? how can you tell/find out? it doesnt say anything like that in the description/overview/features on the ati website. how am i supposed to find out which card supports both ntsc and pal sources as inputs if offical ati descriptions say nothing?
