Hey all, hopefully somebody can help me out here. I run Win XP Corp Edition (2002), and for some reason I cant access the Security Tab when I right click.

Now... I AM the Administrator. When I re-formatted my computer and freshly installed Win XP, it asked me for an Administrator name during installation. Then when that was done, it asked me to create a username. Now why cant my username access the Security Tab?

I can only access it under safe mode (under administrator), how can I access it during normal mode (with my username, which is a administrator also)?

    Thanks in advance!

To reveal the Security tab, open Windows Explorer, and choose Folder Options from the Tools menu. On the View tab, scroll to the bottom of the Advanced Settings and clear (click) the check box next to "Use Simple File Sharing." Click OK to apply the change, and you should now have a Security tab when viewing the properties of a file on an NTFS volume.
