    Using TMPGEnc DVD Author, I created an MPG file from a DVD. However, TMPGEnc created a only single mpg file of the entire movie(1:42 minutes). I want to cut this movie into two CDs exactly now. Pls suggest a software.

    I don't follow - To me, TMPGEnc DVD Author is used for authoring mpg to DVD, not for creating mpg.
    That said, womble mpeg vcr is the best tool I've tried for cutting mpg.

    @mats:
    You can also use TMPGEnc DVD Author to create an MPEG for you - this guide shows you how

    There's a fair chance that this file isn't gonna fit on two CDs without a re-encode - and there's an even better chance that you'd be better off just using something like EazyVCD to make a 2-disc VCD or SVCD.
    If in doubt, Google it.

    Yeah, it's a sorta backward way of doing it, but I guess it's the same as doing a demux/remux on the VOBs, but a lot more user-friendly
    If in doubt, Google it.
