Hello!
I'm very new to VCD. I was given a .mpg file. It says that it is 25fps 320x240. I burned it as a VCD. When I play it in my Apex 600a 2 things happen:
1) When I hit play, it is B&W and rolls.
2) if i go to tracks, and play that way, it plays fine, but is 1/4 frame in the top right. I can zoom and pan.
The original I was told was PAL. I'm NTSC.
So what can I do to convert it to play properly on NTSC.
I'm also on a Mac, but have access to Windows 98 in VPC.
Thanks
Mike
