I need to get a deinterlaced DV file from a (demuxed) VOB so I can do some special effects to it. What software is the best at deinterlacing?

I've tried Flask, VideoStudio, Premiere (and some others...I'll find them and put them here)...is there a way to do this in TMPGEnc?

I'm still getting some horizontal lines and am wondering if there's something better, thanks.
