    Hey there all.
I've been searching the 'net, but apparently not using the correct search terms....

    I'm looking for an audio transmitter/receiver set-up.
I want something that I can connect to the auxiliary stereo output on either my audio receiver or on my PC and transmit to either a matched receiving station or an amplifier/speakers about 100 to 150 feet away.
I wanna listen to the 100's of songs on my 'jukebox' PC, but I wanna do it in my garage.
Running wire is NOT an option here.

These things were fairly popular in the late 80's and I clearly remember RadioShack carrying several models back then.
But I can't find shit now.
    Any help would be appreciated.

How about creating an MP3 disc? You'll get like 7-10 hours per disc.

I 2nd that. Find a cheapo DVD player that supports MP3 CDs or better yet MP3 DVDs.

Probably cheaper than any wireless setup, although not as flexible (playlist-wise) as a your wireless 'jukebox' idea.

that's a pretty good idea there.
i have over 5000 songs, but I usually just hit "shuffle"
i could find that cheap-ass APEX and just burn a coupla DVD's.

Don't know if you finished your project, but I found this at a shop that I frequent:

I got one, and it works pretty darn well. I have a power adapter and it even works in the car.
