    Hello everyone!

    My applogies if this is not the right forum but with so many choices I wasn't really sure which forum to use

    I have a video of my cousin's wedding shot in Europe (PAL) on a regular DVD disk which I'd like to convert it into NTSC so that my family here in the USA can view it using a reguar DVD player. I haven't been able to do this and I need help with it. The video plays without any trouble using any computer's DVD player but won't in a stand alone DVD player.

    I'm interested in converting this using software only (if possible). If anyone knows of any programs or how to do this please hit me at:
