I am tring to back up the movie Hitched with DVD shrink and it gets about 13% of the way on the encoding process and then gives me a copy protection error. Has anyone else had this problem or know a way around it?

Try using the latest version of DVDDecrypter and ripping to file mode. Select this file with Shrink, then proceed as usual. Also check Shrink's version and see if there may be a newer one that addresses this.

No. DVDdecrypter only rips. It is a 1:1 quality. If it is still to big, then yiou shrink it in DVDshrink and thats when you can loose quality. Unless you do a movie only copy and it happens to be less than a DVD-5 it will require compression. Otherwise no
No DVD can withstand the power of DVDShrink along with AnyDVD! -
So there aren't any settings to change in DVDDecryptor I just select the source and the fold to put the files in and then open the folder in DVD Shrink?
